This feature is available only for certain campaigns, chosen by the organization, and allows users to selectively import contacts into the app for specific campaign management. Importantly, this process is entirely user-driven; contacts are never automatically imported. The decision to use this feature and select specific contacts for import lies solely with the individual user, ensuring a high degree of user autonomy and data privacy.


Conditional User Consent for Contact Access

In cases where an organization opts to activate a campaign that includes the contact selection feature, and a user chooses to utilize it, our app provides a clear, prominent in-app disclosure prior to accessing the device's contact list. This disclosure outlines:


The precise nature of the contact information being accessed.

The intended use of this information within the app for the purposes of facilitating chosen campaign activities.

The purely voluntary aspect of this feature, highlighting that contact import is initiated by user action and consent.

Transparent Data Use and User Control

Our commitment to user privacy extends to transparently explaining how imported contact information is used within campaigns and ensuring robust data protection measures. Users retain full control over which contacts are imported for a campaign, with the ability to revoke access at any time directly through the device’s settings. This modification aims to clearly communicate the optional nature of the contact import feature within certain campaigns, the requirement for individual user action to utilize this feature, and the rigorous measures in place to protect user privacy and data security.


Discontinuing the Service and Deleting the Application


When you delete the application all personal information stored on the app will be deleted together with the application. You will not be able to use the services if the application has been deleted. Deleting the application does not affect the existing Contact List on your existing mobile phone. The Contacts you submitted to the service, as well as the information submitted to the service will remain in the service and belong to the organisation that you represent/represented.


Log Data


In order to improve the service, in a case of an error in the application we collect data and information (through third party products) on your mobile device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.


Cookies


Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.


This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
